Exempt modernist style building, built by Vicente Pascual Pastor in 1909 for the offices of Monte de Piedad de Alcoy. It is currently the main office of the Mediterranean Savings Bank. Two large-format canvases by the painter Francisco Laporta, on a religious theme, which were originally in the chapel of the Homeless Aged Asylum, are exhibited in the lobby. The access staircase is decorated with artistic stained glass, and the main floor is dedicated to the exhibition hall and assembly hall.
